The Food

The Spanish cuisine is known for offering many delicious foods, and there will always be something on the menu that will delight your taste buds.  Whether you’re after a tasty home- made soup, a freshly cooked meat dish, or traditional paella, Marbella will offer you the best cooked recipes.  If you’re feeling peckish throughout the afternoon/early evening, be sure to try their tapas dishes – delicious!

The Delightful Old Town

Casco Antiguo is a whitewashed old town, and is a pretty place to explore if you want a break from the beach. It is partly framed by 10th-century castle walls, giving an insight into its Arab heritage. Narrow cobbled streets wind beneath the balconies of traditional Spanish houses. These lead you to a lovely shopping square made picturesque with pretty cafes, orange trees and fountains.
